Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is TOTALLY safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limit your total loss and cannot hold you liable for than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order or a personal check. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise. You may also call in your credit card number directly to 516 520 0380. You may also inquire about dropping off your payment to the Long Island, New York site.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. IF TAGS WERE ON IT WHEN YOU GOT IT - THEY MUST BE ON IT WHEN YOU RETURN IT.

Clearance Items are Not Returnable

You have up to 2 weeks from the date you receive your order for a return to be accepted by FemmeFever. Any item returned after 2 weeks WILL NOT be accepted for return. Upon receipt of the returned item, you will receive a credit to your credit card or issued a check if you paid by check or money order for the purchase price of the item you returned. If you are exchanging an item for a new size or color, or a different item. new shipping and or handling charges will be incurred if applicable. You will not receive a refund for handling charges that were incurred as part of your order. Wigs, clearance items and opened undergarments are not refundable. There is a restocking fee on all (each) returned/exchanged items. If you used a charge card for your purchases, an additional 10% of the returned item(s) will also be withheld for our processing fees.

1. Carefully package the items you want to return. Include a note with specific instructions as to an exchange for a different size, or give a full refund to your credit card, paypal account or send you a refund check from KL Enterprise.

2. Please return the item to:

3. Please return the item via US Insured / Return Receipt Mail. Please have the package insured / Return Receipt so that you have proof of mailing in the event that your item was lost in the mail, otherwise you are responsible for the complete loss of goods. Be sure to include ALL of your information, including a contact number.

Shipping Information

Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis. All orders are shipped priority mail for speedy delivery. If you want to request another shipping means, you may do so by phone or email to us.
